Over many years Neill has appeared in the Magistrates’ Court in plea matters and also representing clients in the higher courts including in white collar crime prosecutions such as those initiated by ASIC.

Neill has acted for both vendors and purchasers in numerous transactions over many years.

He offers pre-contractual advice, the preparation of Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements and including taking all necessary steps to complete the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties.

Wills and Estates

Neill prepares Wills and acts for executors to obtain grants of Probate or, where there is no Will, to obtain Letters of Administration.

He also acts in Will disputes to challenge or defend the testator’s wishes as recorded in their Wills.
